Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made 7 days or more before the booking start time will receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 7 days before the booking start time will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations within 24 hours of the booking start time are non-refundable. We understand unexpected events happen, but due to the nature of reserving dedicated space, these policies help ensure fairness to both our clients and our business.
 

Liability Waiver
 

By booking Studio DB, the client agrees to assume full responsibility for their use of the space, including any damages or injuries that occur during their booking, and releases Studio DB and its owners from liability. The client agrees to comply with all safety rules and guidelines provided. Any damage to the space or equipment will be the financial responsibility of the client.
 

Insurance Notice
 

Studio DB carries general business liability insurance. For large events, specialized activities, or productions with external crews, we may require proof of insurance from the renter. Please contact us in advance if you have questions or need specific documentation.
